Common Insurance Questions

How much will my visit cost?

Patients using insurance should determine if their plan has a co-pay. If so, you can expect this co-pay to apply for your visit. If you have not met your annual deductible or if any portion of your visit is not covered by your insurance plan, you may receive a statement in the mail. Please call your insurance provider if you have questions regarding your coverage. For patients who do not wish to use insurance but would prefer to pay out of pocket for services, payment will be requested at the time of your visit.

What if I don't have insurance?

We are constantly striving to reach our goal of providing individuals and families with compassionate, quality healthcare at an affordable price. With most ER visits exceeding $500 and the national average for an Urgent Care visit being $225, we offer an exceptional value with many of our cash paying visits costing $125 (more extensive visits, lab, x-ray and treatments are additional).

How can I prepare for the cost of my visit?

We recommend that you contact your insurance company prior to visiting any of our clinics to verify coverage of the specific service you are seeking, as well as any co-pays, co-insurance or deductibles. Confirming this information in advance will help you avoid unforeseen charges.

How do I verify my insurance plan?

If you do not know how to verify your insurance, we recommend you call the number listed on the back of your card.

We accept cash, check and most major credit cards. Please contact the clinic directly for further questions.
